Strategy the way to go for House Owners in Orlando, Florida
With increasing number of Orlando foreclosure homes and a larger number of people threatened to lose their homes, homeowners here are really coming up with better ideas to avoid these kinds of situations.

Tony Williams, a 61 year old Vietnam War veteran, was an easy prey to the rising number of Orlando foreclosure homes in Central Florida. Williams says he never heard anything about his home’s sale and that one fine day, he became homeless.
Cheryl Pope, his sister, said they felt sad over the way his household belongings were mishandled, being thrown out on the streets and broken. She also said it was his wife who was the bread-earner in the family and that when her checks ceased to arrive, Williams’ savings got depleted and he was rendered hapless with no money left with him. As he himself not keeping well, the matter worsened even more.
Experts like Steve Simms (chairman, Florida Association of Insurance Agents) though felt that these kinds of incidents can be avoided for as little as $300 a year, by making the spouse protected against uncalled for situations in life. Williams’ house would still have been his if he and his wife had taken separate insurance 12 years ago.
Austin Aaronson, an Attorney at Winter Park felt each case can be tackled in a different manner to prevent the many Orlando foreclosure homes.
A person given a foreclosure notice usually has 20 days to plan and save the property from becoming the next one of Orlando foreclosure homes.
People have several options, including talking to the bank because even the money lenders do not like the idea of foreclosure. Banks often refinance the loan at much cheaper rates. Yet another way to stem the rising number of foreclosure homes in Orlando is short refinance. While the bank would get the tax written-off, the homeowner might have to compensate by showing it in his income. Aaronson felt it was a workable option even if it is at the lenders discretion.
Understand Florida foreclosure rate.
